📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

For orders that do not meet the free shipping thresholds, standard and express rates will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. It can take a bit longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures or holidays.

🕒 Processing Time

  • All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your package. You can monitor your dress's journey right to your doorstep!

🌍 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

ChosenCase is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
